The management team is commended for providing strong, progressive leadership that incorporates the corporate culture, and the organization's commitment to excellence in client-centered care and service. Educational support provided to managers in the face of a substantial change in the leadership model is commendable. The management team, staff, and volunteers can all be truly proud of the high quality of care and service provided and the remarkable degree of client satisfaction reported to the surveyor. Members of the management team are actively involved in many planning bodies, community organizations and health-related organizations. This community involvement contributes to the home's strong community image and reputation. It also keeps key people well informed about changes and trends which impact the operation of the home, and contributes substantially to the organization's ability to proactively manage and effectively deal with change.

Inglewood Care Centre provides information on health, news and other topics in a timely manner to our residents, their families and visitors.  Inglewood Care Centre permits health-related advertising on our site. However, we do not allow outside advertisers to affect the quality or accuracy of information on our site, and we maintain stringent policy of editorial independence. The following advertising policy is in force on the Inglewood Care Centre site: We maintain complete editorial independence with respect to our content in every circumstance. We do not permit advertisers or other third-party sponsors to make changes to content, or to introduce biased content into the design of our site. We clearly identify all advertisements, sponsorships, and sponsor-related materials on the Inglewood Care Centre site. We do not accept advertising for firearms, alcohol, tobacco, or pornographic products or websites.  We will not provide or sell any information to a third party that would allow it to identify a person's individual medical circumstances or conditions.
