| 60 Years of Love
and Magic joining Bessie and Oliver in celebration of this special event
were their son Ronald. daughter-in-law Jennifer, grandson Scott,
great-grandson Jacob and grand-daughter-in-law Lisa. Their
grand-daughter-in-law Kara had to work and regretfully absent.
Amidst the toasting by friends and
family, the drinking of "bubbly", Bessie sung "One Day When We Were
Young" to Oliver. This tradition began on their Wedding Day and has been
repeated on each anniversary ever since.
Bessie and Oliver plan to celebrate
their Diamond Anniversary by taking an Alaska cruise on May 29th.
The happy couple would like to extend a
special thank-you to all the staff and friends at Inglewood for making
this day "Extra -- Extra Special".
