Support Services
The organization and the
information management team are commended for the many ways in which client
information needs are identified and addressed.
Client information needs are met
through a variety of mechanisms, notably, general and staff newsletters and
internet access. Establishment of an internet web page is proving to be a
valuable additional method of communicating the services of the organization
to a broader audience. Plans to further upgrade and link computer systems
and establish an internet café for residents are noted and supported.
There is good awareness of the
principles associated with the management of data and information, and of
the integration of core values. Staff understand the importance of these
principles and values, relative to client satisfaction.
