INGLEWOOD CARE CENTRE
Our philosophy

Welcome to Inglewood!

We have prepared this information for the benefit of our new residents and their families.

We know that you have asked many questions about continuing care facilities over the past months, and we are certain that you will have many more to ask in the near future. If your questions are not answered in this booklet, please make the receptionist aware of your concerns. She will contact the appropriate administrative personnel and they will assist you and your family.

Please do not be afraid to ask questions of us. We will be in very close contact with each other in the upcoming years and it's very important that we all remain open and responsive to the needs of one another, and that we trust in each other.

We recognize that the period of adjustment for residents and their family members is different for every family. To support you, our dedicated staff are here to help in any way possible and we encourage you to speak to them if you have any questions, concerns or just need some additional information. As we have a registered nurse on duty twenty-four hours a day, there is always someone here for you to talk to.

We encourage family members to participate in the resident activities whenever possible. Your participation will help with the new resident's transition and make the activity more fun for all!

If you have any ideas, suggestions or recommendations as to how we can improve the quality of our service, a "Feedback" form is available from our receptionist or from the nurse at any nursing station. Your input is always welcome.
