Oversees all LPN and Care Aide staff Provides ongoing support and
education to front line staff |
| Dietitian | Clinical assessment and
intervention for all residents Determines need for special diet and /

Coordinates, orients and supervises all volunteers |
| Education Coordinator |
Coordinates regular education session for all staff on a variety of
topics - safety, palliative care, emergency preparedness, dementia, etc. |
| Maintenance Manager |
Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of entire facility Coordinates

| Recreation Therapists (RT) | One full time in each
unit to provide therapeutic programming to the residents |
| Music Therapist (MT) | Provides large
group, small group and 1:1 programs throughout all the units at
Inglewood Organizes the Vocal Choir and the Chime Choir Arranges
Celebration of Life Memorial services |
| Occupational Therapist (OT) |
Provides OT assessment - looks at limitations to activities of
daily living, assesses and assists with acquisition of seating
and positioning equipment (wheelchairs, walkers, Roho cushions,
special mattresses, etc) Makes recommendations for
appropriate footwear, hip protectors and other aids Provides
swallowing assessment in consultation with Dietitian. |
| Physiotherapist (PT) | Assesses
mobility and ambulation needs Recommends and implements
exercise programs |
| Kinesiologist | Under the
direction of the Physiotherapist executes the Walking Program
and daily exercise group |
